106年全大運射箭賽事在國立體育大學進行，除了多名國內菁英射手齊聚一堂之外，各校教練也都曾是一代名將，國立東華大學的聘任教練王正邦更是在近期重新拿起弓箭，期盼能再次以選手身分登上奧運舞台，一圓夢想。
「夢未了！」王正邦受訪表示：「我對射箭就是還有那麼一份執著！也想要再次證明自己的實力。」王正邦在2年前通過專案申請，成為國內第一位體育署巡迴射箭教練，待遇等同於公職，是許多人夢寐以求的「鐵飯碗」，但就是喜歡射箭、嚮往高層級的國際舞台，讓王正邦在2月時毅然決然辭去巡迴教練一職，重新開始選手生涯。
「以前在國際賽場上拿到的都是團體獎，我想為自己再拚一次個人獎項，我知道我不去嘗試的話、我老了一定會後悔！」王正邦表示自己最大的目標就是能夠登上2020年的東京奧運，在最高競賽殿堂上奪下金牌。
就此拋下公職飯碗，王正邦頓時沒了最穩定的收入來源，對此他也相當感謝家人的支持與諒解，也希望自己在有所成績後能再次像過往一樣獲得贊助廠商青睞。
中斷了2年要再重拾弓箭並非易事，王正邦表示自己目前保持一天大約250支箭的訓練量，並固定進行70公尺的遠距離練習，目前已正式投入訓練將近1個月的時間，除了射箭之外也有在進行重量訓練加強肌力，當教練期間「發福」不少的王正邦也表示會盡快瘦身、等體重稍微減輕過後便會開始跑步訓練體力。
擁有教練資歷過後，王正邦如今擔任選手心態更加成熟，他表示教練和選手之間一直都是在互相學習，現在他會更清楚知道自己所追求的目標是什麼。
按部就班訓練的王正邦希望能夠在今年便能重回國家培訓隊行列，最理想的狀況是在11月的孟加拉亞錦賽便能再度穿上國手戰袍、接著世界錦標賽、2018年雅加達亞運都能為國爭光，接著便是最大的目標：「東京奧運拿下金牌！」
二二八事件七十周年前夕，文化部推動中正紀念堂轉型。台北市長柯文哲25日受訪表示，自己對中正紀念堂唯一意見，就是希望圍牆能拿掉，而有些東西留著，能提醒大家曾有過那段歷史。
文化部宣布，擬修「國立中正紀念堂管理處組織法」，從法制面推動轉型。在完成修法之前，先讓空間回歸中性使用。目前已初步將紀念堂商店中威權統治者意象鲜明商品(公仔、文具、生活用品等)下架停售；個人剪影logo不再使用，改用堂體意象logo；停止發放涉及威權崇拜之文宣品及簡介。
開閉館「蔣公紀念歌」停止播放；展廳、藝廊、演藝廳更名，回復原先使用之1展廳、2展廳、一樓藝廊、演藝廳等中性名稱，並以藝文使用為優先；另將啟動文物展視室文物協調歸還國史館等其他單位事宜。
對此，柯文哲說，對他而言，歷史就是歷史，「留著只是提醒我們有過這段歷史」，但他比較沒有這麼強的想法；唯一的建議是以一個公園的立場，周邊的圍牆可以拿掉。
